General Ordering Info
We require all wholesale customers to submit a tax ID number prior to receiving our catalog or ordering product. Customers must be prepared to provide a copy of a valid state tax ID upon request.
The opening order minimum is $200. Reorder minimum is $100.
The web order requirement is $100 (unless it is an initial order), and there is also a minimum purchase requirement for each item. Each item purchased must be in multiples of the minimum requirement. If the minimum for an item is not ordered, it may be adjusted to the next highest multiple.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the weight, dimension, and destination of the package (not to exceed 15% of the total orders when placed online).
We ship to U.S. and Canada only. Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at international rates.
On average orders are shipped within 5 – 7 business days. Please let us know at the time of the order if you are in need of a specific ship date.
Items are shipped UPS Ground from Largo, FL unless specified otherwise by the customer.
All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient.
Tipsy Coasters makes every effort to securely ship our products, but occasionally damages occur during transport. Please email a picture of damaged merchandise and packaging to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. All packaging and product must be kept for inspection until the appropriate claim has been completed. Damaged merchandise will be either replaced or credited.
If you received the wrong item, our apologies! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can ship the correct item(s) right away. We will determine the course of action regarding the item(s) you incorrectly received, and we will ship out the correct item(s) immediately. Any difference in price will be charged to your card on file or billed according to your terms, however shipping costs will be incurred by Tipsy Coasters.
Tipsy Coasters does not accept outright returns. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately by calling (727) 698-7172.
If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can authorize your exchange. Ship the item(s) back to us with a copy of your invoice that has the returned item(s) circled, highlighted, or noted in some way. Make a list of the correct item(s) and quantity you need to exchange for at the bottom. Once we have received your return, we will ship out the correct item(s) immediately. Any difference in price plus shipping will be charged to your card on file or billed according to your terms.
Orders may be cancelled by calling or by sending a notification via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancelled orders that are already in progress may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, it can not be cancelled.
Credit Card - Our website accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Returned Checks - $35 will be added to your account for any returned or stop payment checks.
Late Payments - Past due invoices are subject to late charges of 1.5% per month (18% APR).
Collection Fees - If a customer account is forwarded to a collection agency, all additional legal or collection fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Terms - Terms may be requested for reorders and are granted at the discretion of Tipsy Coasters. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for review.
Promotions & Coupons
Promotions will be applied automatically once an order meets the qualifications. Coupon codes must be applied by the customer.
